I am delighted to say that I passed the Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric exam!

Now, I would like to help YOU triumph over this exam like a Viking would vanquish their foes, by sharing the most powerful secret to conquer this challenge. And if you read to the end, I will even reveal to you how to do it without spending a single coin of silver!
Exam content
On the exam study guide, it is noted that the 4 following skills are being evaluated.

Plan, implement, and manage a solution for data analytics (10–15%)
This mainly concerns administrative tasks and setting up the platform. It is important to understand licensing, the security model, and the different ways to deploy content. This part is the smallest of the exam.
Prepare and serve data (40–45%)
This is the largest part of the exam and mainly concerns data engineering tasks, namely ingesting, transforming, and loading data into a lakehouse or warehouse.
Implement and manage semantic models (20–25%)
Here, the focus is on the semantic data model. We will mainly be evaluated on modeling and our DAX knowledge will be put to the test.
Explore and analyze data (20–25%)
Finally, we must also master the aspect of data retrieval, whether it be through SQL or in Power BI.
At the time of writing, it is important to note that this exam does not cover the 7 Fabric experiences and only concerns Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, and Power BI.

How to prepare
Learning Paths
The most useful resource I personally found, and this is not only valid for this exam but for all the Microsoft exams I have taken, are the Microsoft learning modules. At the end of the exam page, you will find the learning path, which is completely free and takes you through all the theoretical content to know for the exam in question.

The community
Just like how it is easier to raid a village with the support of a tribe, learning with a community can make the process of acquiring knowledge about Fabric much more manageable… and more fun !
The Learn Together page offers several sessions led by experts to learn Fabric in a different way than having to read on your side. It’s a good way to learn more interactively.
There are numerous dedicated members in the Fabric community who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise to help others develop their skills. Naming them all would be as challenging as sailing beyond the edge of the world due to the community’s active nature, however, I would like to highlight two resources whose content is particularly relevant for the Fabric exam: Data Mozart, who created an entire section dedicated to the exam, and Guy in a Cube, two Microsoft employees who share their enthusiasm for the platform through their content.
Also, there is a strong chance that, no matter where you are, there are events either on-site, hybrid or remote to share tips, see presentations made by experts, or simply network!

Practice test
Practice tests are an excellent way to see if you are ready or not! This practical assessment lets you go through 50 examples of questions similar to what is found in the exam, enabling you to determine if you are ready to take the next step or if some aspects still require further review.
